I always email them asking if the price is correct. I'd email him and say "did you mean $1,300?" And when he replies no, I'll just email back "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA not a chance in hell"

thank god i'm not the only one annoyed by that. it seems to be a recent grammatical trend, where you put a question mark after a sentence that isn't a question?
I've seen it to imply a sarcastic/annoyed tone, like "your drift car is a CP!" "uh...it's not?" but here i think the OP is just a dumbass
